By creating an account or using the Lootvm API or dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you use Lootvm on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Lootvm is a webhook orchestration platform (including beta features) and may include tools to connect social accounts, publish or manage content, create or measure Meta ads, and reply to Page, Instagram, and WhatsApp messages on networks you authorize. We provide tools to receive, filter, transform, and deliver events according to scenarios you configure. Features, limits, and availability may evolve as the product matures.
When you publish content, run ads, or send or receive messages through Lootvm, you are solely responsible for that content and for complying with Meta’s Platform Terms, Community Standards, Advertising Policies, WhatsApp Business terms, and other policies of Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Messenger, and WhatsApp. You must have the right to manage the Pages, ad accounts, and messaging assets you connect. Lootvm does not own those accounts and does not act as the publisher of record toward your audience. Meta may reject, rate-limit, or remove content or messages independently of Lootvm.
You agree to use Lootvm lawfully, respect tenant isolation, and not attempt to bypass quotas, signature verification, authentication, or access controls. You must not use the service to transmit malware, abuse third-party systems, or violate applicable law.
Paid Lootvm plans are billed through Xendit on behalf of the platform. Connecting your own payment or webhook provider accounts (including Xendit as a Source) is your responsibility under that provider’s terms. Lootvm does not process your end-customer payments.
The service is provided “as is” during beta and generally, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lootvm, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
We may change features, limits, or these Terms with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
